We supply a wide range of Gear Pumps which can be used for various fields of application, such as the transfer and dosage of industrial fluids, even those highly viscous, chemically aggressive, or containing abrasive suspensions. ZV Series

ZV Series pumps represent an extension of NAV Series towards the smaller flow rates. These pumps have therefore been provided with threaded extremities. 10 different models are actually being produced, with displacements ranging from 1 cm³/ rev, up to 70.7 cm³ /rev.

NAV Series

NAV Series pumps are designed to handle fluids not particularly critical in terms of viscosity: it represents the baseline Series, comprising up to 9 different pump models, each one characterized by a different displacement ( i.e. , by a different fluid volume transferred at each pump rotation ), ranging from 120 cm3/rev. up to 1950 cm3/rev. These models are widely used in industrial applications, and they have therefore been provided with flanges for direct pipe connection.

CR Series

CR Series pumps are designed for handling diathermic oils or vapour. They are provided with a heating jacket that fully encircles the pumping gear chamber ( not only partially, as in most off-the-shelf solutions ), in order to improve cold start performance. CR Series comprises 10 models, with displacements ranging between 32.3 cm³/rev and 2,960 cm³/rev.

Storage Plants

We supply Vertical tanks for bitumen, modified bitumen, fuel oil and emulsions storing and heating with capacity up 200 m3 capacity, complete with rock wool insulation, aluminium coating, thermometer, oil thermo coil, ball level gauge, inspection doors, lifting bolt. Heating by oil thermo coil or electric resistances.
Automatic temperature valves, thicker insulation, approach stairs and gangways, ball level gauge with pump stopping micron, electronic level gauge with digital display, electronic agitator or internal pipe with external modified bitumen recirculation unit are available on customer demand. This plants are manufactured by Comap Srl, an Italian company that can produce and supply tanks with two or more compartments or personalised tanks in terms of size and capacity.

Paving Equipment

Mix Sackers

The sackers can be used for cold mix, grit, sand and salt. The machine works automatically and is equipped with electric scales.

Spraying Tanks

Spraying tanks with cylindrical or polycentric sections for emulsion, bitumen and modified bitumen complete with rock wool insulation and aluminium coating. According to noise legislations, sprayers may be fitted with diesel engine sound-proofing or with hydraulic operating system (without diesel engine). Our sprayers may be totally automatic with all functions controlled directly from the cabin.

   

Thermal Oil Heaters

Further, we supply also horizontal thermal oil heaters (manufactured by Comap Srl, see images below), which are designed based on advanced technology for easy functioning and maintenance, with certified top quality materials. Maximum yield and efficiency up to 90% are guaranteed by: double-start tube bundle, three-smoke revolution burning, oil thermo casing instead of a refractory casing. Digital instruments and clock with weekly programming are placed in the electric control board that allows automatic functioning. The hot oil pressure and temperature are controlled by a special safety system. Burners from different suppliers can be supplied. Upon request, Comap Srl will provide to overhaul and maintain existing thermal oil heaters.
